Return Policy
Our return policy allows 14 days from the date of delivery to return items purchased at palache.com for a full product refund. Refunds will be in the original amount as your purchase, minus the cost of shipping and insurance, if applicable. Any orders purchased through third-party payment options will be refunded and handled directly by the third party.
 
Exchange Policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items purchased at palache.com for either a store credit or an exchange. Store credits will be in the original amount as your purchase, minus the cost of shipping and insurance, if applicable.
 
Issues with Orders
If there are any issues with an order or product upon delivery, the customer must reach out within 10 days from the delivery date.
 
Final Sale Items
Final Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. All final sale items are noted as such in the product description. Due to sanitary standards, all headwear is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
 
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in the same condition as received. We reserve the right to reject any item that shows signs of being worn, washed, damaged, or not in its original condition.
 
Frequent Returns
For our security, we have the right to flag any customers for making returns too frequently.
 
Custom Made or Made to Measure Garments
Custom made or made to measure garments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Due to the personalised nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the order has been processed and production has begun.
